SUMMARY
In the beginning, there's a boy standing in the trees . . . .

Clara Gardner has recently learned that she's part angel. Having angel blood run through her veins not only makes her smarter, stronger, and faster than humans (a word, she realizes, that no longer applies to her), but it means she has a purpose, something she was put on this earth to do. Figuring out what that is, though, isn't easy.
Her visions of a raging forest fire and an alluring stranger lead her to a new school in a new town. When she meets Christian, who turns out to be the boy of her dreams (literally), everything seems to fall into place—and out of place at the same time. Because there's another guy, Tucker, who appeals to Clara's less angelic side.
As Clara tries to find her way in a world she no longer understands, she encounters unseen dangers and choices she never thought she'd have to make—between honesty and deceit, love and duty, good and evil. When the fire from her vision finally ignites, will Clara be ready to face her destiny?
Unearthly is a moving tale of love and fate, and the struggle between following the rules and following your heart.

MY REVIW

There have been reviews for this book all over the place, well now it’s my turn! First I want to express how much I enjoyed this book as a reader it was just a fantastic read. I really loved the lure of Dark Angels vs. Good Angels and how there Is no guarantee which one some of the characters can fall Into. The plot of the story is mostly on Earth and surprisely that didn't bore me, because I'm usually a straight to business kind of person (*Impatient*) who likes to get to to the action fairly quickly. I love the dynamics of the characters as a whole and many individually.I could not say that one major and sometimes minor character racked my nerves because you know there is always one in there but NOPE couldn't find one.
I loved the relationship Clara and her mom have its a regular teenager vs. parent but with a twist because the things that anger Clara is that her mom is the one keeping secrets from her. (*GASP*) how dare a parent not tell their child everything (*Q Sarcasm*), well Clara eventually finds out that her mom really is looking out for her and not everything is as it seems and that as an Angel Blood she has to figure out how to complete her mission on her OWN.
Jeffrey and Clara's relationship never really progresses any farther than rides to school and nothing at all supernatural happens when they are together but I have a feeling that this will totally change after the last chapter.
Now to the juicy parts the LOVE TRIANGLE.
.....
Well guys it wasn't really a love triangle which made it all the better. There wasn't any real competion throughout the book its like they decided to share the pages of the book you get one half and I'll get the other half dude, which made it so much easier to fall in love with the relationship that Tucker and Clara hand and the relationship she shares with Christian.
To be honest I didn't really think there was any competion between Tucker and Christian but with the twist in the end I'm starting to doubt myself.
It was really hard for me to put down this book so I didn't and read it straight through. So all in all this book was fantastic and well worth my money so go out and buy yourself a copy and enjoy the book also, PEACE & HAPPY READINGS.

  1. Cool review! I loved this book! It was easy to tell who Clara liked more . . . and I loved Tucker over Christian anyday! He was the better guy in my opinion!
